DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

Delivery
All items are subject to availability. Specialty Toys Australia strives to ensure all stock levels are accurately represented, but do not offer any guarantee of accuracy. In the event of a stock level error, we will contact you immediately to arrange an exchange, back- order or refund.

Shipping is Free within Australia for all orders $150 and above to all metropolitan addressess and non-metropolitan addresses with reasonable delivery access. In the event that your order falls outside of what we deem to be reasonable to be delivered for free, we will contact you to discuss options.

In the event that your order is unable to be delivered by our usual provider due to COVID19 restrictions, border closures or other unforseen circumstances, we may offer you an alternative delivery method which may also incur additional fees, or offer to cancel and refund your order.

Handling for all orders takes 1-2 business days. Delivery will be by a courier of our choice. While we cannot guarantee delivery times by 3rd party services, we strive to choose the most efficient service for your location at all times.

Refunds
If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, you are required to inform us within 7 days of receiving the item.

We will replace, or in the event of replacements being unavailable or insufficient, refund any faulty product or any product which is deemed to have been damaged in transit prior to delivery.

Where possible, please contact us by email including photos of the item and your order number or invoice number. In some cases, we may choose to replace the item without requiring you to return the faulty item to us. However, we reserve the right to request return of the item and all packaging as it was received.

If photos are not possible, you will be required to post or deliver the item back to us with a copy of the receipt or a note written with the receipt details, and your best contact details.
